This is Guu Izakaya’s version of a natto sashimi salad.
Chopped salmon sashimi with seven friends (Natto, shibazuke, takuan, wonton chips, garlic chips, green onion and raw egg yolk). To serve, mix all ingredients and wrap with small nori sheets.
1 tbsp Natto
1 tbsp cucumber sticks, raw or pickled (takuan)
1 tbsp shibazuke (purple pickle, store bought)
1 wonton wrap, made into wonton chips
1 tbsp garlic chips
1 tbsp green onion, chopped
3 tbsp salmon sashimi, cut into small cubes
1 raw egg
wasabi paste to taste
1 large nori sheet, cut into small squares
